Until 2014, Magnum Hunt Executive Search was part of the Morgan Hunt Group founded in the UK in 1994.
Morgan Hunt was one of the first international executive search companies with a specialist focus on emerging markets, including Russia and the CIS, working predominantly with financial institutions. However, over time, the Group also developed a successful temporary recruitment business in the UK and became one of the leaders in this field, while the emerging markets business grew far beyond the banking sector. In 2014, the partners decided to spin off the emerging markets entity from the Group under a separate ownership structure. It was subsequently rebranded, becoming Magnum Hunt Executive Search in 2019. The name maintains the old initials to open a new chapter while preserving continuity with the past.
We bring over 25 years of experience and unique industry-specific and functional expertise gained as a result of successful completion of hundreds of international search assignments and a database of professional candidates spanning the entire globe and a wide variety of industries.
