Olga joined Morgan Hunt in 1994 as a founding partner and was the first Morgan Hunt representative in Russia.
In 2004 she moved in the UK and served as a Managing Director and partner in Morgan Hunt London office.
In 2010, she accepted an offer from Heidrick & Struggles to join their London team. As a partner in the global financial services as well as board and CEO practices, she worked on a number of high-level assignments for international and Russian.
In 2014 Olga returned to Morgan Hunt as owner and CEO of Morgan Hunt Executive Search and renamed it Magnum Hunt Executive Search.
